La Verne City Council

My husband I have been married for 43 years and have two married children and 4 grandchildren. We moved to La Verne in 1979 just before my son was born, so now we have lived here 38 years. Family is everything to me and that is what we love about La Verne. We are firmly planted in La Verne and I have always believed that we were put here on earth to make a difference in someone’s life. That is what I want to continue to do; I approach each day as a new adventure. Representing our community on the City Council is a true honor and I will live up to your expectations by always putting our community first. My commitment to the citizens of La Verne is that I am here for you, no issue is too big or too small, and together we can preserve our community that we love.

*First in Experience, Fourth on the Ballot*

I enjoyed a bike ride through La Verne with three active riders, Doug Strange, Donna Strange and Roy Halberg. They were kind and generous with their time to show me where cyclist like to ride and how unsafe our streets really are without bike lanes. This was a enlightening experience for me and I will work with our city staff so that we can become a bike friendly city. We have a long way to go but I know our city wants to work with the cycling coalition and together we can make the right decisions for our Community.
